Who is responsible
Servicecraft Hospitality Consulting is responsible for the personal information collected through this website. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to engagements@servicecraftinternational.com.
Consultation enquiries
When you request a consultation, we collect the information you submit, which can include your work email, organisation, location, role, telephone number, business type, preferred timeline and description of the operational challenge. We use this information to assess and respond to your enquiry, prepare a possible engagement and protect the website against abuse.
Analytics and advertising measurement
With your consent, the website uses Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads measurement to understand visits, traffic sources and successful consultation requests. Campaign parameters and a Google click identifier may be recorded when present. Non-essential storage remains denied until you accept it. You can reopen Cookie settings from the footer and change your choice at any time.
Optional precise location
Choosing “Accept all” also starts a one-time request through the browser's HTML5 Geolocation API for the purpose of understanding the geographic distribution of website visitors. The browser always shows its own location-permission control before any location is received. If you allow it, the website stores the latitude, longitude, reported accuracy, country code, timezone, page and language. It does not continuously track movement. Rejecting optional processing or denying the browser request does not affect access to the website. Because precise location can be sensitive, access is restricted to the site owner and you may request deletion through the contact address above.
Legal basis and retention
Enquiry information is processed to take steps at your request before a possible contract and for legitimate business administration and security. Analytics and advertising storage are used on the basis of consent. Information is retained only for as long as needed for these purposes, applicable legal obligations and the handling of potential disputes.
Sharing and international processing
Information may be processed by service providers that support website hosting, database storage, analytics and advertising measurement. These providers process data under their own terms and applicable safeguards. Servicecraft does not sell personal information.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information, or object to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent for future analytics and advertising storage through Cookie settings. Contact us through the email address above to exercise a right.
Security and updates
Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect enquiry information. This notice may be updated when the website, measurement setup or applicable requirements change.
