01
Design the operation around peak demand
Average sales can hide the short periods that determine the entire night. We examine where queues form, how orders move, where bartenders lose time, how stock is replenished and when management decisions arrive too late.
The goal is not simply faster production. It is a flow that protects recognition, accuracy and atmosphere while giving the team enough clarity to perform at volume.
- Bar layout, service points and queue flow
- Role design, sections and peak deployment
- Ordering, production and payment sequence
- Stock availability, replenishment and loss visibility
- Shift leadership, escalation and closing routines
02
Connect control with the guest experience
Operational control and hospitality should reinforce each other. Clear recipes, responsibilities, handovers and stock routines reduce confusion, while a defined service rhythm creates more space for employees to notice and engage guests.
Local licensing, alcohol-service and employment compliance remain with the operator and its qualified US advisers. Servicecraft focuses on operational design, quality, capacity and execution.

Experience in bars, nightlife and live venues
The founder's background includes restaurant, café, bar, club and event operations. At Amsterdam Pride, he coordinated hospitality delivery across six bars, 50 team members, suppliers and logistics. At Amsterdam ArenA events, he led high-volume teams across production, stock and live service.
This experience is particularly relevant for hotel bars, nightlife groups, high-volume venues and operators preparing a new concept, turnaround or expansion.
04
Founder-led support across the United States
An engagement can begin with a focused operational audit, continue into workflow and service redesign, or provide temporary hands-on leadership during a change period. Online preparation and follow-up keep on-site time concentrated on the work that must be seen and tested directly.
Servicecraft Hospitality Consulting does not claim a permanent US office. Assignments are planned around the operation, commercial priority and agreed travel requirements.
